Its been awhile,around 5 month i think, i has been stop writing here.. This past 5 month actually a lot of things happen in around me.. Actually this song came across to me when 1 of my friends recommended to me to listen for it. So i try to find it and then listen to it. First time I listen to this songs i felt in love with it . It is nice combination of vocal from Mario and the lyrics. He is very talented and he has an amazing voice. I was amaze by the way he bring up the songs. And the way he express the lyrics for the song bring up the mood to the listener. . It is a master piece.

The first thing that came across me when i listen to this songs is....guess what??? MY-EX..sigh...But the things is although until now i still inquiring the answers from her, i still able to breath without her. At first it was hard for me, but as time goes by, i already can cope with it. No need for me to remember the past. The memory will be embraced but life still had to go on. For me, this songs is just a songs. I read some comments about this songs, some of them say that this is a good breakup songs.LOL.But for those who had a hard time with the love one's, i think i recommend you all to listen to this songs.

Kenapa?..kerna aku telah berjaya m'lengkapkan log book O&G aku time oncall semalam.huahua..(*tepukan gemuruh utk aku-tenkiu2). Dr Ramli aritu mase kasi briefing O&G remedial mintak k'semua student2 k'syangan dia itu (eceh3..) conduct case paling kurang pon 2 kes. So semalam aku dan rumate aku, Zul (yg kebetulan kami sama2 t'paksa m'gadap semula posting O&G nie) berjaya dapat conduct 2 case. So alhamdullilah sgt2 sbb berkat usaha aku dan Zul m'nunggu dari ptg semalam hinggalah ke awal pagi td tidak sia2..Waktu sepatotnye ktrg oncall stat selepas waktu asar hingga le ke pkl 10.30 mlm.(itu waktu sepatotnye lah kan). Akan tetapi, aku dan Zul tidak pernah kenal erti mahu m'galah awal2. Kami pantang d'cabar dek waktu.Dengan itu aku dan zul b'tindak mencelikkan mata ktrg smp la ke pukul 6.30 pagi td!!!!.CAN U BELIEVE THAT?!!.BELIEVE IT!!.haha.

Bermula pd detik jam 4.30am la "we're back in bussiness..YES!!!". time before 4.30am mmg hampeh, ibu m'gandung bkn nk kate xde, ADE, mmg ramai,tp smua yg masok labour room lepas review ade yg kn kena admit wad la, kena masok PREM la, ad kena C-Sec & ad yg dh dlm labor room kn send to OT sbb prolonged labor dan bla,bla,bla (*sigh)..ibarat kata pakcik dlm ASTRO la "MCM2 ADA!!".huhu..So pada waktu itu, aku dan zul dpt conduct at least 3 kes each.SO MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!.* sambil diirringi lagu limp bizkit - take a look around..

What is the A (H1N1) influenza?

It is a respiratory disease of pigs caused by type A strains of the influenza virus. It regularly causes high flu outbreaks in pigs but with low death rates. There are four main sub-types of the virus, but the most recent isolated influenza viruses from pigs have been H1N1 viruses.

How does it spread?

Influenza A (H1N1) viruses do not typically infect humans though they do occur through close proximity or contact with infected pigs or contaminated areas. Cases of human-to-human spread have been documented.

What are the symptoms?

The symptoms are similar to those of regular flu:
- Fever
- Lethargy
- Runny nose
- Cough
- Sore throat
- Lack of appetite
- Vomiting and diarrhoea in some cases.

How common is the A (H1N1) flu infection in humans?

In the past reports of about one human A(H1N1) flu virus infection had been received every one to two years in the United States. From December 2005 till February 2009, 12 cases have been reported.

Has this strain of flu been seen before?

No. Flu mutates constantly, so it is common for new strains to emerge. Pigs can also be infected with both human and avian influenza, and the current circulating A (H1N1) flu strain appears to contain genetic elements from all three.

Can the A (H1N1) flu be treated with antiviral drugs and flu vaccine?

The A (H1N1) flu is resistant to two common drugs – Amantadine and Rimantadine. The A (H1N1) flu viruses are very different from human H1N1 viruses. Therefore, vaccines for human seasonal flu would not provide protection. However, a “seed vaccine” has been specifically tailored to this swine flu and will be manufactured if officials deem it necessary.

Can people catch A (H1N1) flu by eating pork?

No. The A (H1N1) influenza viruses are not transmitted by food. Eating properly handled and cooked pork and pork products is safe. Cooking pork to an internal temperature of 70ºC and above kills the swine flu virus.

How long is someone with the A (H1N1) flu considered contagious?

People with the A (H1N1) influenza virus infection should be considered potentially contagious as long as they are symptomatic; possibly for up to seven days following the onset of the illness. Children, especially younger children, might potentially be contagious for longer periods.

What can I do to protect myself from the A (H1N1) flu?

There is no vaccine available right now to protect against the A (H1N1) flu.

However, you can help prevent the spread of germs that cause respiratory illnesses like influenza by:

- Covering your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or handkerchief when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the waste basket after you use it.

- Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hand cleaners are also helpful

- Try to avoid close contact with sick people. - If you get sick with influenza, stay at home and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them.

- Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.

- Consult your nearest healthcare facility if you think you have any of the symptoms.

What precautions are in place in Malaysia?

- The Health Ministry’s operations room in Putrajaya has started a 24-hour monitoring of the situation. The public can call 03-8881 0200/300 for enquiries.

- Those returning from Latin American countries and found to have flu-like symptoms will be quarantined.

- Health Ministry officials are conducting health screenings on passengers arriving from the United States.

- Thermal scanners will be placed at international airports to speed up the screening process for A (H1N1) flu.

- Public and private medical practitioners have been instructed to report to the district health office any patient with influenza-like illnesses or severe pneumonia symptoms and who had travelled to the affected countries after April 17.

Actually this song took my heart away (eceh,eceh,eceh..) when i 1st time heard it. The singer actually was famous by his previous hits single "DOTA".So for those whos listen to the song "DOTA" for sure will recognize this handsome Sweeden borned dance DJ known as BASSHUNTER. Back to the song, It's sound catchy and i just love the vibe from the ryhthm itself plus the lyrics also. So for me i rate this song 5 star.haha.any disagreement?

Aku lekas sahaja m'jawab panggilan tersebut. Disebalik suara pemanggil itu, aku kenal akan suara dia. Dia adalah salah sorg sahabat baik aku dari pulau pinang, nama diberi Mamat...

Tidak pernah lokek untuk menghulurkan bantuan. Jenis yg x berkira dlm apa jua bentuk samada wang atau masa mahupun tenaga. Aku bukan meminati nya sbg seorg kekasih (itu m'langgar lumrah alam, Nabi xngaku umat), tetapi sebagai sahabat baik sejati ku di dunia ini. Sekarang dia telah pulang ke Rahmatullah. Nampknya Tuhan lebih menyayangi dia dari aku dan juga shabat2 aku yg lain. Tika ini, aku hanya mampu beristighfar, berselawat ke atas Nabi junjungan kita Nabi Muhammad S.A.W serta berdoa semoga sahabat baik ku, FARID di tempatkn dgn org2 yg beriman dan beramal soleh..insyallah..AL-FATIHAH...

*di akhir tulisan ini, air mata ku tiba2 terkumpul d kelopak mata..tidak dapat menahan sebak pabila mengenang si arwah dgn sikapnya itu....mata ku xlena dipejam..aku hiba.....

Aku bangun pagi2 indah ni, ditambah pulak dengan pening2 kepala aku yang hampir-hampir menenggelamkan misi aku bangun di kala pagi, aku tetap bangun juga. Mengendahkan pening kepala aku kerana ada kelas pagi ini. I've got ward round to attend. Unfortunately, bila aku dah bgn,plus siap2 dgn bergaya mcm James Bond, aku dapat message, ward round dah nk abis.Seab apa dah nk abis?.sebab aku siap-siap smua jam telah menunjukkan waktu sekarang pukul 8.30am.huhu.Aku balas balik message td,bertanyakan kenapa dah habis?lalu ku terima jawapannya, "round stat pkl 7.40am".adoyai,tersentap aku seketika.7.40 am?.Haisshhh..di kala itu ku masih enak dibuai mimpi.haha.Maka, selepas ini, enggan mahu atau endak, aku harus bersiap2 sebelum 7.40am.Insyalah

Maka di kala pagi indah ini, aku tiada kelas, dengan itu aku isi masa aku dgn mencoret segala apa yang aku boleh coretkan di dalam blog aku ini.

Baru-baru ini, aku hadiri majlis hari jadi aweks rumate aku.haaaaa..besh la jugak.sebab ape dia besh?.hehe.sebab we had it in theme of ROCK STEADY (ikot tema,smua pakai baju hitam,kalau anda perasan,hehe..tp ake yang steady,haaa itu kita x tahu.) plus makan malam itu, disajikan chicken chop plus desert ala-ala CANDLE LIGHT DINNER gitu!!..aku mana penah makan ala-ala CDL nie.xkuase haku..klu ad pon time-time blackout electric.haa so kena la pasang lilin.haha. Majlis ni berlangsung kt Restoran Cherita. Aku pon at 1st time baru tahu ada restoran ini kt Kota Bharu. Mana nk perasan doh, t'letak kt chorot-chorot bangunan membangun di KB, so xbape nk pasan la sblm ini.huhu.Baru-baru ini ada senior aku bertanya lokasi restoran ini, tp sori beb aku mmg lemah klu nk recall tempat-tempat ni.aku lemah sikit bab2 map nie.huhu.so jawapannya "aku xhingat la".hahaha.

Aku baru habis posting paediatric..huhu..repot aku tak hantar2 lg..hampeh!!..tp pape pon i have to struggle to finish it by end of this week. Kalau tak habis, silap bulan aku yang 'habis'..haish..YA ALLAH berilah aku kekuatan untuk siapkan report peds by end of this week. Tp aku ada 1 masalah besar iaitu (*selalu berlaku kala di hujung minggu yg indah) :

• aku seorang pejuang 'game' yg sejati.sanggup bersengkang mata dari lewat malam hingga lah di kala ayam berkokok..huhu..klu lah dapat ku tukar tabiat ini..tp nk buat mcm mana, mungkin mmg diri ku ini dgn game dh sebati mcm ibarat buah kismis di dalam roti sejak aku dlm perut mak aku lg, sblum aku melihat dunia..hahaha..so salah siapa?..xde salah sape2 pon..ngok ngek!!.
  
• memluang masa b'sama2 gitar aku, mempuitis cord lagu2 baru..hehe..musician wanna be.. (=
• penonton muvies yg setia.. aku tgk la muvies2 yg rs2 aku nk tgk lg..biar la lima puluh kali pon, aku ttp nk tgk jgk!!.. =P
• .hujung minggu muda mudi?..ape yg korg slalo buat..aku buat je lah ape yg muda mudi buat.i'm following the flowwwwww~wewewe...hehe..
• ape lg ek?..hurmmmm...nti aku update lg..hahaha

After this, next up coming posting with dr MAYA.she is a surgeon..so next posting is the 'chirurgiae'..i'm hoping that i will do better in this posting..insyallah.. =)
